He was a front Runner who always has the support on Minimun 30% of the delegates of Liberal Party.

Gerald Kennedi a passionate younge Candidate who cares about Poverty . His delegate were youge genertaion of Canadian Liberals who were loyal to him. He was new to Federal Liberal party although he was a provinacial Liberal Figure.

in the second rounf he threw his support to Dion. to make sure to get a new psot at Dion'S cacus and to be next leader. Sicne the new leader is from Qubec < the cahnce of the new laeder to be From ONtario is more likely in next some years.
