شهردار ریچموندهیل دیوبارو در یک جرک سیاسی بدون مشاروه با جامعه ایرانی  در ریچموند هیل برگزاری  8مین مراسم چهارشنبه
سوری درریچموندهیل را  در اکتبر 2014 به هواداران تشکیلات خشونت طلب وغیر دمکراتیک مجاهدین واگذارکرده است .

ما ضمن اروزی موفقیت برای گروه جدید امیدواریم که از سیاسی شدن و بهره برداری های سیاسی حزبی خودداری کنند .
این تجربه   سیاسی کردن چهارشنبه سوری توسط  مجاهدین باعث بسته شدن پارک سانی بروک  تورنتو به روی .جامعه ایرانی در چهارشنبه سوری از سال 2006 شده است
متاسفانه گروه هایی که پایگاه اجتماعی دربین جامعه ایرانی ندارند قصد دارند از تجمع ایرانیها در مراسم فرهنگی
 سو استفاده های سیاسی بکنند که هم کار غیر احلاقی است هم به ضرر جامعه ایرانی
.خواهد بود .

Mayor  of Richmond HIll Dave Barrow has supported a political group to run 2015 Iranian Fire Festival in Richmond Hill on March 17 -2015

After 7 years of  successful running  Iranian Fire Festival in Richmond Green by Farvardin Cultural centre , Mayor Barrow has decided to hand over the cultural event to an new organization whose organizers have been politically motivated   I had sent out  a letter on Dec 4-2014 to Mayor Barrow requesting him to  review of his political decision without consultation with the Iranian Community in Richmond Hill.

In January 2015 We had to hire law firm to legally follow up the request since we did not received any response from Mayor Barrow.
I would like to bring this to attention of the town or Richmond Hill council

1- We wish success for the new organization . We urging the organization  not to commit the same mistake they did in 2006 which causing city of Toronto to close down Sunny Brook Park to Iranian for Fire Festival due to political activities.

 some of the organizers  are affiliated with Mojahedin Khalgh ,MKO , an undemocratic, violence, and infamous  group within Iranian community  . MKO  has been in the  Canadian terrorist till for  many years .

2- We Hold Mayor Dave Barrow accountable for  his unethical political decision.

3- We will suspend all the relations with town of Richmond hill and we will seek other cities to Keep   Fire Festival ( Charshanbe Soori ) event cultural as majority of Iranian Canadian community willing to do so .
