چند سال قبل در مصاحبه با راب فورد که در ان زمان نامزد شهرداری تورنتو بود این موضوع را سوال کرد.م فورد قول رسیدگی داد . حالا بازرسی از این دزدی ها حکایت می کند . خودمن چندی را دراین پروژه کار کردم تا از نزدیک با رشوه دادن و شیوه کاراشنا شوم .
